We use cookies to improve user experience and security.
Cookies are small files that are stored in your browser or on the device you use when you open a website. Like most websites, we use cookies to provide you with a better, faster, and safer user experience. For example, we use cookies to:
- Enable certain functions in the system. Improve the security of your user account and other user accounts with us.
- Provide insight into user behavior to improve the user experience.
We use industry-standard analytics tools to analyze visitors, and these tools may set cookies in your browser to provide insight into user behavior when using the website. The data processor collects, through the analytics tool Google Analytics, anonymized information about visitors. The purpose of this is to compile statistics that are used to improve and develop the information and service provided. Examples of what the statistics are used for include information about the number of visitors to different pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites users come from, and which browsers are used.
Through your use of the system, some of the pages may contain services provided by third parties, such as maps in a job ad from Google Maps, Vimeo, etc., and the use of pages containing these services may result in these services setting additional cookies. NORREQ AS has no control over this, and we therefore also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of these services.
If you use the “search with LinkedIn” or “search with jobreg” function in the system, it will set a cookie from the respective third parties.
Blocking and deleting cookies
If you do not want cookies to be set when you visit the website, you can change this in the settings of your browser. More information about this can be found in the documentation for your browser. Note that if you turn off the ability of the website to set cookies, it may affect the user experience, and some functions on the site may not work.
You can also delete existing cookies in your browser. See the documentation for your browser for more information on how to do this.
